What kinds of items do you make?
I create a wide variety of keepsakes and gifts, from ornaments and holiday treasures to birthday surprises, Tooth Fairy magic, and personalized pieces for life’s milestones. Everything is designed to help make memories last.

Are your products customizable?
Yes! Most of my items can be personalized, and we can do any language if it is not one of the listed options and you select "Other." We kindly ask that customers confirm spelling and wording before we make your item to ensure it is just right. We love spreading joy beyond language barriers!

How long does it take to receive my order?
Since everything is handmade, please allow a little time for crafting. The creation of your keepsakes takes 7-14 days. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days with The Courier Guy.

Where do you ship?
I ship across South Africa. If you would like an item sent internationally, please get in touch, I am always happy to try and make it possible.

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate across South Africa. Orders over R1000 ship for free.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is handmade and often personalized, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged due to a mistake on my side.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me right away through the contact form or by email, and I will make it right.

Who covers return shipping if needed?
If the damage is my fault, I will cover the return shipping.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes! New subscribers get 10% off their first order.. I also send out occasional discount codes to my subscribers.

 

How often will I receive emails if I subscribe?
I only send emails when something truly exciting is happening, like a new collection launch or a special discount. I know inboxes get busy, so I keep it sparse and meaningful.

Do your products require special care?
Some items are delicate, so I recommend handling them with care and storing them safely when not in use. With proper care, they will last for many years to come.

Are all items handmade by you?
Yes, everything is handcrafted by me, Kerry, the Wishmaker-in-Chief.

What inspires your collections?
I have always loved holiday traditions, celebrations, and the magic of childhood. I grew up with a mom who made every holiday feel special, and I have carried that with me. Volunteering with kids, being a sister, and now a crafter, I find so much joy in creating keepsakes that bring love, laughter, and magic into homes.
